I am currently part of the Marketing team at Môn CF.
 
Môn CF is a charity and company owned by the people of Anglesey. It works to improve the economic landscape of the island through community projects.
 
They have teams that support local employment, local business start-ups and wider community. Through the delivery of Employment Support, Business Support, and Vocational Training.
 
Our goal in the marketing team is to promote the activity of the organisation. Improving engagement from participants and stakeholders.
 
I am currently developing a content strategy to better showcase the organisation. Focusing on the delivery of concise and consistent messaging. My goal is to improve local engagement, and inform stakeholders.
 
Môn CF has involved me in some of their biggest ongoing projects. Their goals include the delivery of a town centre regeneration project and the refurbishment of local business premises.

Regional Marketing Executive, Sykes Holiday Cottages

JANUARY 2023 - MARCH 2023

Part of the regional team for Sykes Holiday Cottages, I represented three brands in North Wales, West Wales, and Scotland. I was based in the Menai Holiday Cottages office in Anglesey.
 
I wrote content and attended events where I represented Sykes, talking to property owners and generating leads for property recruitment.
 
While at Sykes I took ownership and completed a project which launched a new holiday exploration guide for North Wales.
 
The site promotes key tourism destinations and local businesses that are a must see on any trip to the region.
 
Though short, my time at with the team at Sykes was insightful. The team taught me about the tourism industry, and how it contributes to the prosperity of rural areas like Anglesey.
 
Sykes are a very data driven organisation and it was impressive to see data lead strategies deployed at scale.

Digital Marketing Specialist, iVendi LTD

MARCH 2021 - DECEMBER 2022

Digital Marketing Specialist for iVendi.  As part of the marketing team I develop strategies and execute digital campaigns that generate thousands of pounds in monthly recurring revenue.

I manage iVendi’s online presence, and have recently delivered a website that will launch in 5 countries in 2023.

I maintain our CRM and provide lead generation and sales enablement resources to many teams, introducing new marketing procedures to improve conversion and customer experience.

I publish content rich blogs to the company website, which have improved SERP and SEO, and landed us on the first page of Google.

Marketing Manager, Pero Foods LTD

AUGUST 2019 - MARCH 2021

Marketing manager for an award-winning pet food manufacturer based in Betws-y-Coed.

Pero has many industry-leading products, and supplies foods in the UK, Europe, and Asia.

  • Responsible for implementing annual strategy and managing budget and fund allocation.
  • Launched promotional campaigns designed to increase sales at minimal margin cost.
  • Manager of a small team of designers who create and manage brand portfolios for UK customers.
  • Launched a new UK website.

The day-to-day marketing function was paramount at Pero.

The business had to reposition itself during Covid lockdowns, and we launched a B2C website, to maintain profitability.

Marketing Assistant, Atkore International

OCTOBER 2014 - AUGUST 2019

A marketing assistant for Atkore International based at the Marco Cable Management site in Llangefni, producing mechanical products used in the electrical and construction industries.

  • Responsible for a portfolio of three international brands Unistrut, Marco & Vergokan.
  • Designed and created marketing literature for use by international sales & technical teams.
  • Managing product launches & marketing campaigns to support new products.
  • Market research, analysis and reporting with the aim to fulfil customers needs.

Initially, the marketing assistant for Marco Cable Management, the role was expanded after joining Atkore in 2017.
